Rustic Steak Dinner 

Enjoy dinner in a private stall in our intimate venue before a live concert under the stars every Thursday at 7pm.

$25 includes an appetizer, entree, dessert and a beer or glass of wine. From premium steaks to exotic selections prepared by highly trained chefs, each week’s menu will provide guests with an experience that can’t be found anywhere else in West Texas.

Rolling 7's Ranch is the exclusive Midland/Odessa venue for the West Texas Chivo Chasers. The Lady Looper's League brings a great show out to Rolling 7's at least once a month.

  • Bridal Suite - A luxurious suite with a queen size bed, large copper bathtub, separate bathroom, dual salon chairs and mirrors, and a sitting room

  • Groom's Room - Located in the Main Hall, a room where the Groom and his Groomsmen can get ready for his big day
  • Reception Room – Our largest dining room with accommodations for media presentations and ample space for dining or dancing
  • Dining Room – An indoor dining room with a coffee bar and wine bar
  • Commercial Grade Kitchen - Available for rental
  • Glass-Enclosed Outdoor Pavilion – Enclosed with large glass doors, our Pavilion can be open or closed, based on preference.
  • Rolling 7’s Saloon – Fully stocked, one of a kind bar open to the public unless otherwise booked
  • Porch Swing Gazebo
  • Cigar Porch – A porch surrounding the indoor venue, lined with comfortable rocking chairs
  • Sand Volleyball Pit
  • Tier 1 Stage – Outdoor concert stage with large dance floor
  • Eagle’s Nest – Private room with accommodations for up to 40 people with a bird’s eye view of the Tier 1 Stage
